- Monday/Wednesday: 45-minute MINTRide 6:30am (NEW earlier time)
- Tuesday/Thursday: 30-minute Express MINTRide 7:30am
- Friday: 60-minute MINTFuze 7am (NEW time — You can do just cycle from 7-7:30, or just floor from 7:30-8, or stay the whole hour and get a full body workout!)
Stay tuned for special programming on Friday nights. And if you’re missing the midday or Saturday morning cycle classes, check out Dupont or our new studio opening 11/1 for plenty of midday workout opportunities!
