Join veteran yoga instructor Kelly Tobin for 4-week series of classes that will introduce you to the basics of vinyasa flow yoga. Learn about the foundations of yoga and the different styles and classes offered at MINT. Explore alignment and breathing along with basic poses and relaxation techniques. Geared for the brand new beginner or those curious about yoga.
