Meet MINT’s Nutrition Counselors:
Holly Harmon is a health and nutrition counselor certified by the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, American Association of Drugless Practitioners. Holly graduated from IIN in 2010. She specializes in counseling clients to release the stressful relationship with food after many diets.Holly’s philosophy dives deeper than the food itself. She believes you must take worry and guilt out of your experience with food to make healthy eating a permanent habit.
Ginny Johnson is a Board Certified Holistic Health Counselor with a passion for helping others look and feel as radiant, vibrant, and happy as they possibly can.Ginny is a graduate of the University of Virginia and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She draws on this training and her own personal and professional experiences to help others harness the power of food to change their lives. With Ginny’s instruction and support, her clients tackle health goals such as achieving optimal weight, increasing energy, banishing cravings (even for chocolate!), and improving sleep.
