Zumba is a dynamic and exciting fitness program based on Latin and international music and dance steps. It’s fun, easy to learn and a great workout without feeling like one. With Zumba, the fun comes first and the physical benefits naturally follow. The routines feature aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. It targets the glutes, legs, arms, abdominals, and the most important muscle in the body, the heart! It is a mixture of body sculpting movements and easy to follow dance steps. No previous dance experience is needed to have fun with Zumba. All fitness levels are welcome.
Doonya is the Bollywood-inspired workout. Follow along to cardio and conditioning intervals of varying intensity, activating major muscle groups like the abs, arms, and legs. The energy and expressions of Bollywood-inspired music and dance will keep you smiling as you burn up to 800 calories, all while learning dance and fitness fundamentals. By using your own resistance and muscle control, you’ll leave with a stronger core, lengthened limbs and increased stamina to keep you invigorated for the rest of your day. Doonya is your happy workout.

PILOXING SSP is the original fusion format that made PILOXING a worldwide success. Uniquely blending two of the industry’s most powerful and timeless disciplines of Pilates and Boxing, PILOXING SSP adds a third element of dance into this high-energy interval workout. This dynamic program moves through heart-pumping, powerful boxing combinations to sculpting and lengthening Pilates-influenced movement to ‘let yourself GO’ dance releases, and back around again. Never have you enjoyed sweating so much.
POP Pilates® is an incredible fusion of ab-chiseling and total body defining moves choreographed to upbeat pop songs. This intense, mat-based workout challenges students to rhythmically flow from one exercise to the next, developing a rock solid core while leaving no muscle untouched. This format takes classical Pilates to the next level like you’ve never seen before. While most POP Pilates® moves originate from classical Pilates; the class design, relationship with music, sequencing, and reps differ from reformer classes and traditional mat classes. The fundamentals of breathing, core engagement, and powerhouse-based movements are shared. Participants love that each 55-minute class is like a “dance on the mat.”
This class fuses traditional belly dance techniques with elements of dance fitness to give students a core-focused cardio workout that is so much fun! All levels welcome, no experience with belly dance (or any kind of dance for that matter) is required.
