Yoga

I practice yoga as a way to become more present in everyday activities, as well as increase mindfulness, flexibility, and strength. My approach to yoga is simple: clear alignment-based instruction paired with a practical yoga philosophy (and accompanied by an inspiring soundtrack). My classes cater from the beginner to advanced yogi (2 year olds-adulthood), and I am happy to accommodate any requests for poses. Students can expect a supportive and encouraging atmosphere that enables them to push to their intelligent edge using their breath as a guide.
