Bridget Kelley

Bridget Kelley has been teaching since 2023, bringing a 200-hour certification with a focus on Baptiste Power Yoga and a lifetime of athletic experience to every class she leads. Like many, Bridget always appreciated yoga for its physical benefits, but it was her practice during COVID that opened her up to something deeper, the grounding, meditative qualities that make yoga so much more than a workout.
That discovery shapes everything about how she teaches. Bridget’s Power and Vinyasa classes are designed to help students find a flow state where mind, body, and spirit come together in moving meditation. Her sequences are creative and set to upbeat playlists, guiding students toward the balance between strength and ease. She wants you to find your edge, physically and mentally, while still being kind to yourself along the way.
Community is central to Bridget’s teaching philosophy, rooted in the Baptiste tradition. She believes there is real energy in a room full of people practicing together, and she wants every student to feel inspired by the people around them rather than intimidated. Her classes are challenging, but always supportive.
Outside of MINT, Bridget works in healthcare communications and volunteers with DC Food Rescue. She is also an avid runner who has completed three marathons and loves being part of DC’s vibrant running community.
