İlayda’s Pilates journey started with a few classes—and quickly became a cornerstone of her life. After experiencing firsthand how Pilates can support recovery, build strength, and restore confidence, she was inspired to help others find that same connection to their bodies.
Her classes are rooted in strong foundations, thoughtful modifications, and a balance of challenge and approachability. She moves between demonstration and hands-on cueing to help students dial in their form, knowing that even the smallest adjustments can transform the experience.
İlayda is passionate about building community through movement, and her goal is simple: for every student to leave class feeling stronger, more capable, and more connected than when they walked in.
