Natalie Petrulla

Natalie Petrulla (she/her) is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher who came to the mat the same way many of her students do: looking for stress relief and a good workout. What she found was something much deeper.
Over a decade of practice, Natalie discovered the transformative power of pranayama and traditional yoga philosophy, and that discovery reshaped how she teaches. Her vinyasa-style classes are designed as moving meditations, weaving together dynamic movement and intentional stillness to help students de-stress and build a genuine connection between breath, mind, and body.
Natalie’s classes are built for everyone, regardless of where you are in your yoga journey. She is committed to creating an inclusive, welcoming space where every student can explore and cultivate a holistic practice that extends well beyond the mat.
