Braegan’s classes are designed to make you sweat! She aims to challenge you and leave you feeling accomplished. She offers dynamic, athletic, and results-driven workouts that, with commitment, will develop a more powerful you. Her job is to help you push past your excuses, towards your results. It never gets easier; you just get stronger.
Dustin is passionate about his work as a yoga teacher with the Junior Olympic boxing team here in Washington, DC. As a yoga teacher, he enjoys volunteering his time to guide young athletes through breathing exercises and meditation practices. When you take one of Dustin’s classes, you’ll notice a simple, straight-forward class with little or no sound in the room. He creates space for people to work on their inner-self and deal with the pains of day-to-day life with a easy-to-follow and self-challenging asana flow. He likes to teach the ‘bird’ poses because that’s his spirit animal.
Michael has a degree in Exercise Science from Montgomery college and is certified with the American College of Sport Medicine. He also has training in functional rehabilitation, massage therapy , an exercise training method for stopping chronic pain. He has worked for several years with Sports & Physical Therapist in Washington DC Area.
