2026 Facility Fee Update

Members,

MINT celebrated 20 years earlier this year, and when we look back at that journey, one thing stands out most: you.

For two decades, you’ve made MINT more than a gym. You’ve made it a community, and we’re incredibly grateful to have grown alongside you. As a locally founded, owned, and operated business, your continued support means everything to us.

And while we’re proud of 20 years, we truly feel like we’re just getting started.

Over the past year, we’ve continued to invest in MINT with one goal in mind: to make your experience here better. From new ways to train and recover to updates throughout the club, some of the highlights include:

• Our unique Small Group Training (SGT) program, now available unlimited to all members
• New cardio and strength equipment
• New stretch and recovery spaces
• Equipment upgrades in the Intensity Studio
• New classes and programming
• Aesthetic refreshes throughout the club
• The addition of Cryotherapy, Red Light Therapy, Massage Therapy, and Physical Therapy, with exclusive member discounts

These investments are part of our commitment to continue evolving MINT and creating a place where you can train, recover, connect, and feel your best.

As part of that ongoing investment, the annual Facility Fee will process in early October for all active members. This fee helps support a portion of the continued improvements, upgrades, and enhancements we make throughout the club.
