After years of relying on group classes to build her own confidence, she earned her certification in 2025 and joined MINT as an intensity instructor, with personal training experience to match.
Chelsea’s classes are rooted in positive encouragement and smart progression. She specializes in strength-based intensity classes, with a focus on weightlifting and resistance training that supports long-term health and functional movement.
