Equipment Needed: Two medium-heavy dumbbells, mat

Jump Squats-1 min

LEGS: 1 min each exercise, 15 sec rest X2

High Heel Squat

Squat, w/ Side Bend

Reverse Lunge with Shoulder Press

Deadlift with Upright Row

Push-Ups-1 min

ARMS: 1 min each exercise, 15 sec rest X2

Supermans

Bicycle Press

Glute Bridge with Chest Fly

High Plank, Renegade Row

Mountain Climbers-1 min

ABS: 1 min each exercise, 15 sec rest X2

Plank Dips

Plank Shoulder Taps

Plank Up-Downs

Plank Hold
