As the days get longer and the temperatures get warmer, MINT will begin offering regular weekly outdoor fitness classes. Grab your mat and a water bottle and get ready to break a socially-distanced sweat at Marie Reed Field starting the week of March 15th! Our current class capacity is capped at 15 to allow for safe social distancing and accommodate the government-mandated guidelines. These classes are popular so we’re offering a waitlist. Clients will be notified by email if they’re moved from the waitlist to the class list.

Class Descriptions
- Power Playground: MINT’s signature total-body, physically-distanced, outdoor circuit class is designed to increase your cardio endurance and strength training through a variety of bodyweight exercises.
- Power FLEX: MINT’s signature total-body, physically-distanced, outdoor strength class helps you flex your way to lean muscle mass gains through a sequence of exercises using a small amount of workout equipment in a fun and challenging environment.
- Power Flow: MINT’s physically-distanced yoga class in the fresh air. This all-level flow will leave you feeling more focused and flexible after an hour of energizing postures and mindfulness techniques.
