Caroline’s classes are the whole package – a workout, some fun, and moving meditation. Her teaching style is inviting and approachable. “Leave intimidation and snobbery for the make-believe land of Gossip Girl, (or better yet, Dallas). It has zero place in my classes,” she says. Her goal is to help you find your own specific and most effective workout, not anyone else’s. She also plays a lot of Tina Turner in her classes.

Myke describes himself as an athletic artist who enjoys challenging his body and mind in creative ways. He enjoys guiding his clients to their own fitness victories. As a NESTA-certified trainer and TRX-certified instructor, Myke has spent his [16+ years] in fitness training using a combination of weightlifting, calisthenics, strongman and MMA to help his clients to achieve their fitness goals. Myke is a force amplifier who enjoys helping others rise above their current level of health, as simple as a 1% increase every day.

Her aim is not just to improve your posture and form but to avoid compensation by activating the right muscle groups during each exercise, reducing the risk of injury and enhancing your overall function, mobility, and flexibility.Tali is passionate about long-tempo training, which is instrumental in building not only strength and stability but also nurturing those core muscles that form your body’s foundation. She will help you unlock your strength & stability, one well-paced rep at a time.

She firmly believes that fitness should be a celebration of what your body can do rather than a pursuit of an unrealistic “perfect” body image. She encourages her clients to view exercise as a source of joy and to improve their overall health.
