Come join us, Sundays a 55 minute class starting at 5pm – first half Barre, second half Cycle!

This is a new style of fusion class – meet in the Barre room for 25 minutes of mindful strengthening and finish in the cycle studio to get in 25 minutes of cardio while maintaining the mind
body connection!
