With over a decade of experience, he has built a reputation for music-driven rides, high-intensity interval training, and Power Playground sessions that blend strength, endurance, and energy into something that feels as much like a celebration as a workout.

Chelsea Cirruzzo knows what it feels like to walk into a gym and not know where to start. That experience is exactly what drove her to become an instructor. After years of relying on group classes to build her own confidence, she earned her certification in 2025 and joined MINT as an intensity instructor, with personal training experience to match.

Chelsea’s classes are rooted in positive encouragement and smart progression. She specializes in strength-based intensity classes, with a focus on weightlifting and resistance training that supports long-term health and functional movement. Expect to be challenged, cheered on, and offered a modification if you need one. Her approach is not about what you cannot do but about figuring out how to make it work for you.

Braegan is one of the driving forces behind MINT. As a leader on the team, she does more than teach exceptional classes. She shapes the programming that defines the MINT experience, mentors fellow instructors, and sets the standard for what great fitness coaching looks like.

Her classes have a way of pulling people back, sometimes more than once in a single day. That kind of loyalty is not an accident. Braegan has a gift for creating workouts that feel fresh and purposeful, from creatively themed classes to fitness challenges that push the entire community forward.

When you step into Braegan’s class, expect to sweat. Her workouts are dynamic, athletic, and results-driven, designed to challenge you in ways that leave you feeling genuinely accomplished.
