  • Sprawls
  • Mountain climbers
  • Plank jacks
  • Bear crawl shoulder tap
  • Jump lunge
  • Plank walk (up/up/down/down)

30 seconds on/30 off of each move, 3 rounds total, 1-minute wall sit at the end of each round

  • Sit-ups
  • Push-ups
  • Squats
