- Trainer Kevin McNab will lead a workshop to explore the variations on the deadlift. The traditional deadlift is a movement for developing maximum strength. However, some variations surpass it for developing the size and mobility of big muscles such as the hamstrings, glutes, and lower back. Modifications and cueing will be discussed for those working around injuries or seeking to optimize technique.

- Core vs Cycle and Power vs Cycle include two 25-minute sessions of Core/Power Playground and Cycle back to back- the fun part is members can switch at the halfway mark and get the best of both worlds! Sign up for an express of each class type to get a full-hour workout.
- Postural Alignment with Meg will include a breakdown of all the postural focuses of STOTT Pilates. Members can ask Meg questions about correct form and movement patterns or simply come for a more information-slower flow!
- Barre Blast with Audrey is a faster-moving class that focuses on cardio and more compound motions.
